It may be facing stiff competition from Zune and I-Pod Nano, but that hasn’t stopped Sony from unveiling a slimmer Sony Walkman. The NW-840 Series device features noise-canceling activity and FM Radio. Additional features include the popular touchscreen and WI-Fi Connectivity.
Sony is even boasting that the NW-840 battery life lasts up to 29 hours. Impressive. The Sony Walkman comes in a beautiful Brown and Black. You can also get your hands on limited edition NW-840, which comes in a violet color.
The NW-840 series is releasing in Japan October 31st. No word on a North American release yet. Pricing for the NW-840 series starts at $263 to $439.
